The "F" in my BLOG name stands for "Family" which to me means (1) our group of 10 - wife, children , spouses and grandchildren and (2) all others - cousins, nephews, nieces, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws etc. etc. etc. Both are very important to me.

This is my first blog on this site which is called HFBHF for a reason. "H" stands for Health. If one is not healthy (whatever that means), then nothing else seems important.

How does one get and stay healthy? That's a great question and I seek responses from all that view this BLOG.
